How to Send Large Unboxing Videos for Return/Refund
Option 1: Send Video via Google Drive (Recommended)
Open the Google Drive app (or visit https://drive.google.com). 2. Tap the ‘+’ (plus) button → choose ‘Upload’ → select the unboxing video. 3. After upload completes, press and hold the video file, then tap ‘Share’. 4. Tap ‘Manage access’ → set access to ‘Anyone with the link’. 5. Tap ‘Copy link’. 6. Send the copied link to: – Email: care@besoin.in – WhatsApp: [Your WhatsApp Number]
Note: Ensure the link setting says “Anyone with the link can view” so we can access it.
Option 2: Send Video via WeTransfer (No Sign-up Needed)
Go to https://wetransfer.com. 2. Click ‘Add your files’ → select your video. 3. In ‘Email to’, enter care@besoin.in. 4. In ‘Your email’, enter your own email. 5. In the message, write your Order ID. 6. Click ‘Transfer’. 7. You will receive a confirmation email after the file is sent.
Note: Files sent via WeTransfer are available for 7 days.
If your unboxing video is larger than 25 MB, please upload it to Google Drive or use WeTransfer, and share the link with us via WhatsApp or email. This helps us process your return/refund faster.
