The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company refers to Besoin, AT CMK NEW PALACE, PARMATH NAGAR MAIN ROAD, Parsudih, Jamshedpur.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Besoin, accessible from www.besoin.in
You and Your mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
A valid order number or invoice is mandatory for any return or exchange.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Intimate apparel (bras, sports bras, lingerie, undergarments)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or digital vouchers
Items purchased using rewards points or coins
Contact us via care@besoin.in or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, follow the return instructions shared by our team.
If the return is due to our fault (defective product, wrong item, manufacturing error), BESOIN will bear the return shipping cost.
Returns due to wrong size selection, change of mind, or customer error are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Undelivered orders are marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
RTO products are held for 100 days.
Re-shipping charges: Original shipping fee + ₹20 handling + 18% GST per product.
If no response is received within 100 days, the product will be discarded without refund.
Must be reported within 48 hours (maximum 7 days).
Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory (How to Send Large Unboxing Videos for Return/Refund).
Once verified, a free replacement or refund will be provided.
If confirmed lost by the courier, a full refund or re-shipment will be issued at no extra cost.
Exchange is allowed only for verified defects.
Size variation up to ±0.5 inch is acceptable and not considered a defect.
No exchange or refund for wrong size selection or color or personal preference, as the responsibility lies with the customer for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase .
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
