Refund and Returns Policy

At BESOIN, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • A valid order number or invoice is required for any return or exchange.
  
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Intimate apparel (e.g., bras, sports bras, undergarments, lingerie)
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Gift cards or digital vouchers
• Items purchased using rewards points or coins

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team via email at care@besoin.in or on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
   2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization email with instructions.
   3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice.
   4. Ship the Item: Follow the return instructions provided. If eligible, we may schedule a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship.
   
   

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an issue on our end (such as a defective product, wrong item shipped, or manufacturing error), we will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, a return or refund will be processed as per our policy.
  • However, please note:
  If the return is requested due to customer-related reasons—such as selecting the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong product—return, refund, or exchange will NOT be possible. These types of issues do not qualify for return or replacement, as the fault does not lie with us.
  • We strongly advise all customers to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.
  
  

5. Undelivered Packages / Return to Origin (RTO)

• If a package is undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept), it will be returned to our warehouse and marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • We will hold the returned item for 100 days. Within this period, you may:
  – Request re-shipment to a correct or updated address (charges apply), or
  – Request to hold it for future combined shipping.
  • Re-shipping charges: Original shipping fee plus ₹20 + 18% GST per product as handling.
  • If no instructions are received within 100 days, the product will be discarded without refund or replacement.
  
  

6. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours, and no later than 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include:

  – Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Once validated, we will issue a free replacement or refund, as per your preference.
  
  

7. Lost-in-Transit Orders

• If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or resend your order at no extra cost.
  
  

8. Exchange Policy (Size/Color)

• Exchange is only possible if the product has a verified defect caused at our end.
  • Proof of defects:
  If you do not provide an unboxing video of the order and we are unable to verify the defect through provided evidence, BESOIN is not liable for any refunds or replacement of such products.
  • Please note: A size variation of up to ±0.5 inch is considered within tolerance and not a defect.
  • Exchanges apply only to the same product type; we do not allow exchanges for different items or styles.
  • Important: If a product is returned due to the customer selecting the wrong size or for personal preferences (with no defect or error on our part), such exchanges or refunds are not eligible, as the responsibility lies with the customer for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.
  
  

9. Refund Timeline and Method

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • Refunds are only offered for orders with verified issues (defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost).
  Other returns may qualify for store credit or exchange, not cash refunds.
